At BizBoosters we are very proud of our hands-on and down-to-earth approach to business success.  We are experienced and resourceful business management consultants, with more than 25 years background in financial management, human resources, and in the past decade or more, OHS and creative design and marketing, and web design.  We have a passion for small to medium business and take on our projects with vigour and determination.  We thrive on knowledge and developing successful programs and solutions for business.

We have been instrumental in turning around some lossmaking businesses and have a strong background in business systems management and business planning.

The business principal, Carol Orrock, has a particular passion for small business, is on the Workshop Leader Panel of Small Business Victoria (SBV) and teaches business management part time for GippsTAFE.
